In the relationship between the Holder and the Consumer Customer, the provisions of D.lgs n. 21 of 21/02/2014 regarding electronic commerce and consumer rights apply.
The purchase of products and services available on the site is reserved for those over 18 years of age. By proceeding with an order, the user declares that they have the legal capacity to conclude the contract.
World2Wander is a platform that offers digital guides, audio guides, and personalized travel itineraries for discovering tourist destinations.
All digital content purchased on this site is provided in electronic format and is accessible via direct download or dedicated platform.
The sale takes place exclusively through the website www.world2wander.com, following the instructions provided in the purchase procedure.
These general terms of sale are an integral part of the contract and must be accepted before completing the purchase.
World2Wander reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, which are considered accepted by the user at the time of purchase.
By sending the purchase order, the user fully accepts the General Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy and agrees to comply with them.
The prices indicated on the website www.world2wander.com are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, if applicable.
World2Wander reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made at the time of order. The purchase is completed only after payment is received.
World2Wander is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment at the time of paying for the products and services purchased.
All digital products purchased on World2Wander are delivered immediately after payment.

In case of purchasing the UPGRADE digital product, the customer agrees to provide World2Wander with sensitive data in order to receive what is indicated in the purchase proposal. The digital product will be delivered via an email containing the download link within a maximum of 60 hours.
No physical material will be sent.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the possibility of benefiting from the purchased products may be time-limited.
Online sales are not subject to the issuance of a receipt. The system automatically generates and sends the purchase receipt to the Customer. The invoice will only be issued upon request via email to info@world2wander.com within a week of the purchase. In the email, it will be necessary to provide all the required data for its issuance.
The Customer is strictly prohibited from providing false and/or fictitious data in the registration process necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and further communications. Personal data and emails must exclusively be the Customer’s own personal information and not that of third parties or fictitious. The Customer exempts World2Wander from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors related to the data provided by the customer, being the Customer solely responsible for the correct entry.
According to Article 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code, digital products sold on World2Wander are not subject to the right of withdrawal, as they are digital content provided through a non-material support.
The user is informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal before the completion of the purchase.
Any refunds will be granted exclusively in the case of proven technical malfunction, which prevents access to the purchased content.

World2Wander is not responsible for any variations or changes made by third-party providers (e.g., tourist attractions, local transport, restaurants, events).
World2Wander cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of the guides or the inability to access certain places or experiences.
The user uses the information provided at their own risk.
All digital content sold on World2Wander (guides, itineraries, audioguides, maps) is protected by copyright.

World2Wander reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who violates copyright or uses the material without authorization.
World2Wander handles customers’ personal data in compliance with current regulations, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The present General Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute relating to this contract, the competent court will be the Court of Arrecife in Lanzarote, unless otherwise provided by law for the protection of the consumer.
